David Harlley is currently CEO of ThirdWay Capital International, a private equity investment firm focused on impactful investments in Sub-Saharan Africa. Economics however is his first love. He teaches on Distributive Capitalism as a member of IE University's (Madrid, Spain) adjunct faculty. Of particular interest to David are the mechanisms for change in complex systems such as global economies and the applicability of complex adaptive system theory specifically to such large scale shifts.
